Jessica Dudak is an assistant research nutritionist with the Grazingland Animal Nutrition Lab. Prior to her current position, she was a FSQA lab technician in the feed division at Producers Cooperative in Bryan, TX from 2019 to 2021. While pursuing her bachelor’s degree in animal science from Iowa State University, she was an undergraduate research assistant in a beef cattle nutrition lab. She is pursuing a Master of Science in rangeland, wildlife, and fisheries management at Texas A&M University. Her master’s research involves the use of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy, in collaboration with the advisory system Nutbal, to monitor grazing animal nutrition and physiology.
